Editorial: Battle Must Be Stepped Up to Protect Property Rights
The central government's recent guidelines to better protect all types of property rights have been hailed by many as a move to deepen reform and shore up public confidence.
The 6,671-word document — approved in late August but released to the public only last week — outlined 10 specific measures to provide "equal and comprehensive" protection to all property owners under law.
